Suzie Liles
Suzie Liles is from Eugene Oregon. She has a MFA in Fiber arts from the University of Oregon. In 2019 she took her first trip to Egypt and fell in love with the land and culture. Since then, she has teamed up with Ahmed Hakim an Egyptologist to lead tours. She is delighted to show people the many places of Egypt. She feels like it is her second home.
When she talks about the tours people say “that is on my bucket list” so Ahmed and Suzie decided Bucket List tours Egypt would be a great name.
Ahmed Hakim
Ahmed Hakim was born in El-Minya Governorate, in southern (or upper) Egypt. El-Minya was the capital of ancient Egypt during the reign of King Akhnaton, the father of King Tut. Ahmed studied Egyptology, Tourism, and Hotel Management at El-Minya University, where he recieved his degree.
“My passion since I was a kid has been Egyptology. I find myself when I visit ancient site, especially those in my own country. I really love giving tours and lecturing about our history, customs, and traditions.”
